What This Role Is All About

We're searching for an ERP Functional Consultant who can walk into a business, spot the process problems, and say, "Yep, I can fix that." If you enjoy turning tangled workflows into clean, efficient systems and you like seeing clients have that "Ohhh, now I get it" moment... you'll fit right in.

Think of this role as part analyst, part advisor, part tech guide… and occasionally part therapist for stressed users during go-live week.

Your Role

  • Chat with clients, understand how their business runs, and figure out what needs fixing (politely, of course).
  • Break down messy processes and design ERP solutions that actually make sense.
  • Configure and tweak modules until everything behaves the way it should.
  • Train users so well that they start training other people.
  • Team up with developers, project managers, and anyone else who can help make the project successful.
  • Stick around after go-live to keep things running smoother than your Spotify playlist.

What You Bring (Besides a Good Attitude)

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or anything that proves you understand how organizations work.
  • At least 3 years of ERP implementation or functional consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems (or the willingness to dive in headfirst).
  • A love for solving problems and making complicated things easier for users.
  • Bonus: CPA, CISA, or any cool letters after your name.

Extra Bonus Points If You:

  • Can explain what an ERP is without comparing it to 20 different spreadsheets.
  • Know your way around UAT without panicking.
  • Enjoy puzzles, especially ones involving frustrated users and missing process steps.
