Managing shift schedules, performance statistics, SLAs, and productivity tracking to ensure smooth IT operations.
Resolving conflicts, implementing disciplinary measures, and ensuring alignment with organizational targets and budgets.
Keeping up with industry trends, ensuring that the IT department stays competitive and uses the latest technologies effectively.
Having knowledge in programming languages is a strong advantage and will be considered a plus for this role.
