About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our thriving Healthcare Account team based in our Pasig City, this full-time role will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone- providing prompt and courteous assistance
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Must be amenable to work full-time onsite and in shifting schedule
  • Healthcare strong - strong candidates are those who have experience in Benefit Verification / Eligibility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries and concerns
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
