As a Data Integration Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless collaboration of diverse data sources and applications within our organization. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and managing robust integration solutions that are vital to our business processes. You'll work from our Manila office, as an important part of the team, collaborating intensively with your colleagues at our headquarters in Amsterdam. Proactive initiative and a can-do attitude are highly valued in our dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

  • You'll analyze, design, and implement complex data integrations between various systems.
  • You'll work daily with our integration platform Lobster_data to set up efficient and reliable data flows.
  • You'll consume and produce APIs to facilitate data exchange.
  • You'll work with various message structures such as XML, JSON, and EDIFACT.
  • You'll monitor and optimize existing integration processes.
  • You'll actively contribute to architectural choices and the further development of our integration landscape.
  • You'll collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, especially your team members in Amsterdam.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience as an Integration Engineer or in a comparable role.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with XML, JSON, and EDIFACT message structures.
  • Demonstrable experience consuming and producing APIs.
  • Experience with Lobster_data is a big plus. If not, you're willing to quickly gain expertise in it.
  • Preferably, you're familiar with technologies like Azure, MS SQL, and C#.
  • You're a proactive, eager-to-learn team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and learning from others.
  • You have excellent understanding of the English language, both written and spoken.

• You're aware of the time differences between Manila and Amsterdam and are willing to adjust your working hours accordingly to ensure effective collaboration with the team in Amsterdam.
