About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative' team in Rosario Cavite. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our Xiaomi retail store. What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
• Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Provide coaching and training to retail associates to develop their skills
• Collaborate with the broader retail team to implement company-wide initiatives
