SOLAIRE RESORT ENTERTAINMENT CITY  Overall Job ResponsibilitiesOffer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.Welcoming customers and helping them in taking orders while courteously addressing their inquiries.Handle the reservation book and answer the telephone in an professional manner.Ensure Forbes 5 star service is adhering at all times.Coordinate with the service team in making necessary arrangements according to floor plan for reservations or blocking off reserved tables.Assist guest promptly with their inquiries. and reassure the guests' satisfaction upon their departure.Provides hands -on support to co -workers on all areas of their assigned duties ensuring highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.Performs opening and closing duties as when required ensuring that the outlet will be ready for the business opening.Responsible for providing feedback to the Restaurant Manager / Asst. Restaurant Manager with regards to any guest's complaints.Requirements KEY COMPETENCIES NEEDED / RELEVANT SKILLS • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of co -workers and Management. • Enthusiastic, courteous & helpful to co -workers & customers • Good understanding of the hotel business • Recognizing differences • Adaptability & integrity • Speak and understand Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage • Graduate of HRM / Tourism related course EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Experience preferred in other recognized five star hotels / resort / casino properties local or abroad.
