About the Role

RD Balderas Builders is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Laoac, Pangasinan. As a full-time role, you will be playing a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing electrical systems in our construction project to ensure safety, efficiency, and top-tier quality.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, design, and supervise the installation of electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
  • Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment
  • Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Prepare reports and documentation for project progress and inspections

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineer (Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is a plus)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a construction or engineering setting
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, wiring, and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical estimating tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Can work independently and as part of a project team
