Job Summary: Reconcile transactions across the switch residual balances, counters and physical cash of all ATMs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile transactions to ensure that the Switch and counters reflect the correct transactions.
  • Switch versus physical cash reconciliations
  • Account reconciliations such as ATM Cash Reconciliation Reports, Switch reports and ATM based reports
  • Issue billing notices to CITs on collection of shortages
  • Performing daily crediting of deposit transactions which are either retracted deposit,
  • retracted withdrawals, bills found during ATM servicing, bills found during cash retrievals and other incidences of missing cash.
  • Creating weekly reports such as cash discrepancy reports, schedules to cash provider banks and billing notices.
  • Generating month end cash discrepancy reports, schedules to cash provider banks, shortage payment reports, overage reversal reports and billing notices
  • Other tasks related to cash reconciliations needed from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Experience reconciling cash and financial records
  • Ability to identify errors
  • Appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and reconciliation systems.
