Responsibilities:

  • Monitor WST orders to ensure compliance with OTIF delivery requirements.
  • Accurately encode all WST orders into the system within prescribed timelines.
  • Review, update, and analyze central material planning and inventory reports to support operational decision-making.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain 100% material availability for production plants and retail stores.
  • Identify and address potential shortages or delays in materials to prevent production downtime or order fulfillment issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in all reports and planning activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in PPIC processes to enhance efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in PPIC, supply chain, or material planning roles.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and OTIF performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with SAP or similar is an advantage.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
