GA HR Consultancy Inc. is the appointed executive search partner for this direct-hire opportunity within the client's in-house team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Consultant to take charge of design, configuration, and implementation of financial and controlling modules. You will play a critical role in streamlining financial processes, enhancing system capabilities, and delivering real business value.

This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position based in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Engage stakeholders to understand financial & controlling needs
  • Analyze business processes and identify system gaps

Solution Design & Configuration

  • Configure SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders
  • Create functional specs for reports, enhancements, and interfaces
  • Lead implementation, upgrades, and data migration projects

Testing & Deployment

  • Perform unit, integration, and UAT
  • Troubleshoot and validate configuration accuracy

Training & Support

  • Conduct user training and develop documentation
  • Provide post-go-live and ongoing functional support

Collaboration & Project Execution

  • Work with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, etc.)
  • Support project planning and pre-sales activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and controlling processes
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation highly preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP Grow/RISE is a plus
  • SAP FICO certification is an advantage
