Financial Consultant Opportunity

Job Description:

As a seasoned Financial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by delivering high-quality SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations. Your expertise in financial accounting and controlling processes will enable you to design and configure SAP S/4HANA FICO modules to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document financial requirements, conducting detailed analysis of business processes to identify gaps that can be addressed through SAP S/4HANA FICO.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design and configure SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders, developing and executing functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
  • Testing and Validation: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy, supporting users in testing activities and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training, creating user documentation to ensure successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA FICO functionalities, offering ongoing support to users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the SAP FICO modules.
  • Project Management and Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver SAP S/4HANA FICO projects on time and within budget, collaborating with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration across modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FICO configuration and customizing.
  • Ability to create detailed functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
