The hired candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online auction platform. From thinking broadly of business strategies to dealing with the nitty-gritty logistical aspects of an art move, the ideal candidate will work on both big-picture matters and minutiae.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of online auctions on

• Coordinate with consignors to list items accurately and attractively.

• Monitor auction activities, ensuring smooth running of the auction sales.

• Engage with buyers and bidders to provide best-in-class user experience.

• Handle inquiries, as well as disputes, and issues that arise during auctions.

• Develop strategies to increase auction volume and platform engagement.

• Analyze auction performance data and prepare reports for management.

• Get involved in marketing to promote upcoming auctions effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Enthusiasm and/or experience in online auction management, sales, or related e-commerce roles.

• Passion and a keen eye for history, culture, luxury, design and everything artistic.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Familiarity with online auction platforms and digital marketing is a plus.

• Knowledge of the art market and cultural nuances is advantageous.
