The IT Systems & Applications Manager leads the strategy, management, and optimization of the organization's enterprise systems, including POS, SAP, HRIS, and other systems. This role ensures that all applications support operational efficiency, business growth, and data accuracy across restaurants, commissaries, and corporate functions.

Educational Attainment:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MIS) is an advantage.
  • Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or certifications in relevant systems (SAP, POS, HRIS) are highly preferred.

Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in systems/applications management or supervisory roles.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise systems, including POS, ERP, HRIS, CRM, or PMS.
  • Hands-on experience with system implementations, migration projects, and integration work.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors.
