Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent course.
  • Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • With general knowledge or strong interest in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to observe, analyze, and document findings accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and compliance is an advantage.
  • Willing to learn quality control and assurance processes through hands-on training.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to undergo training and perform field and site inspections when required.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting quality inspections of heavy equipment, parts, and materials.
  • Support senior QA engineers in monitoring compliance with company and industry quality standards.
  • Document inspection results, findings, and non-conformities for reporting purposes.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, service, and warehouse teams to address quality-related issues.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of inspected items.
  • Help maintain QA records, checklists, and reports.
  • Observe and follow safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.
  • Perform other quality assurance–related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
