DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
Establishes work standards, performance measures, goals and objectives
Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates
Evaluates work performance, tracks and reviews work progress of subordinates
Provides direction and guidance
Coaches, counsels and motivates subordinates
Recommends personnel action/movement
Interviews prospective employees for the department and recommends hiring
Conducts job orientation and technical trainings
Identifies and recommends training program/seminar for staff development
Issues and implements disciplinary actions as needed in concurrence with the Immediate Superior
· Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure growth of the branch.
· Monitors daily production and releases of the branch and provides updates of the branch operations status.
· Maintains client and employee contact in the work area to ensure quality service is being applied.
· Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients and actively participates in them.
· Prepares Competitors' Analysis and Market Changes Report and submits to Immediate Superior.
· Spearheads marketing saturation drives.
· Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as Loan Consultants, second-hand car dealers, and other organizations.
· Implements the business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.
· Delivers marketing activity within the agreed budget.
· Recruits and sources potential Loan Consultants.
· Conducts meetings, seminars and orientations for Loan Consultants.
· Reports regularly the performance of branches to the Immediate Superior.
· Prepares monthly report of Loan Consultant's commissions and incentives.
· Manages the Branch Petty Cash Fund and bank deposits in the absence of Branch Treasury Assistant.
· Ensures that company cash, checks and valuables are safe kept and secured in the branch vault.
· Handles the branch vault combination and ensures its confidentiality.
· Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents.
· Handles clients complaints or concerns escalated by the staff.
· Represents the branch during Management Committee meetings and other internal/external meetings.
· Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course.
· With at least four (4) years work-related experience in branch operations, two years of which is in a Managerial or Supervisory capacity
· Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge
· Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills
· Capable to solve amicably customer's/client's complaints
· Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
