JOB DESCRIPTIONServes as a focal point, coordinating, tracking, and reporting the status of the project implementation. Outlining the project budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver the project within the estimated limits. Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities.

Managing the delivery of the project according to the approved implementation plan. Tracking project progress and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders. Prepare plans and permit application requirements conforming to codes, standards, and regulations.

Coordinates and sets up project meetings, and interfaces with technical and resource personnel to create and edit documentation. Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating information to team meetings and reports escalating project completion impediments. Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.

Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction. Performs all other tasks and mandated functions by his/her superior from time to time. QUALIFICATIONSPreferably with a Professional License (Registered Civil Engineer).

Graduate of bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Ability to coordinate and lead some engineering support activities and ability to work independently, as well as, working in a team environment. Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to relate to a variety of technical, management, and support personnel.

Able to coordinate several projects while balancing schedules, and priorities, and ability to manage time strictly to meet project commitments and/or deadlines. Can work under pressure with minimum supervision, able to multi-task, result-oriented, with initiative, and willing to extend beyond working hours as needed. Willing to travel on a tour of duty or field assignment in rural or remote areas, flexible to work in shift schedule if required.

With at least 3 years work experience in construction, power, or related industry. With design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) proficiency and knowledge in detailed engineering design.
