The IT Network Administrator is tasked with managing, maintaining, and supporting the company's IT network infrastructure, including that of its clients and any connections with partners or affiliates. Additionally, they provide on-demand IP delivery support for IPVSAT, Cable TV, and various OTT multimedia platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the successful IP delivery of all activities within the agreed service levels

  • Lead firewall management integration of IPVSAT to ISP for its internet connection

  • Establish network specifications, analyzing workflow in accordance with the company's security standards

  • Deliver to the pre-defined service level agreements and escalate issues as necessary to avoid any impact on the operation

  • Implement, configure, and deploy routers and network switches (Core, Distribution, and Access), and wireless access points

  • Respond and troubleshoot network-related incidents

  • Perform routine maintenance of network hardware or software to ensure that it is functioning effectively

  • Maintain and manage network monitoring tool

  • Update and maintain the network diagram

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any related discipline

  • W/ active Cisco (CCNA) or Fortinet Network Security Expert Certification (NSE)

  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Network Administrator

  • Knowledgeable in TCP/IP, routing protocols, IP addressing, multicast, and access-list, Virtual LAN, trunking, and port-aggregation

  • Familiar in network monitoring and analyzer tools

  • Amenable to work onsite in Boni, Mandaluyong
