Role Overview:

This role is designed for a sales-driven professional who understands construction inside and out. You'll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and securing qualified meetings that lead to long-term partnerships.

Working closely with senior management, you'll use your industry insights to tailor messaging, build trust with builders and subcontractors, and demonstrate how FeelDX's services can drive real project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and client research across the Australian construction sector
  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Communicate our value proposition across the tender, construction, and delivery phases
  • Book and manage meetings with key stakeholders (PMs, Estimators, CAs, Directors)
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline in CRM (ClickUp or HubSpot)
  • Support proposal creation and BD campaigns in collaboration with the wider team
  • Contribute to brand presence and lead nurturing via marketing and digital channels

About You:

  • 4–5+ years' experience in the commercial construction industry, with a full understanding of project delivery from tender through to handover (e.g. Project Coordinator, PM, CA, or Customer Care roles)
  • 3+ years' proven success in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally within construction or professional services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Deep understanding of construction workflows, stakeholder pain points, and industry terminology
  • Familiar with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, ClickUp) and confident working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong research and outreach skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
