Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop original graphic concepts, illustrations, and layouts for use across print and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce designs that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Translate creative briefs into visual solutions that meet business and communication objectives.
  • Design promotional materials including brochures, banners, flyers, social media content, packaging, and email graphics.
  • Prepare and deliver final artwork files in appropriate formats for print and web production.
  • Ensure consistency in visual branding across all materials and platforms.
  • Revise and iterate on designs based on internal and client feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a graphic artist or designer in a creative environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work and creativity.
  • Excellent sense of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visuals.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
