About the role

We're looking for an energetic and driven Sales Promodiser to join our team at VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC.' in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you'll play a key role in driving sales and promoting our products to customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging directly with customers to showcase our products and drive sales
  2. Setting up and maintaining engaging product displays and promotions in-store
  3. Providing excellent customer service and answering any product-related queries
  4. Gathering customer feedback and reporting on sales performance
  5. Supporting the broader sales and marketing team with various projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales, retail or merchandising role
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers
  3. Enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional customer experience
  4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  5. Strong organisational and time management skills
  6. Familiarity with the retail and consumer products industry
