Job Qualification:

• Vocational courses or any related course/equivalent/Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Know's how to use Soldering Iron or any basic Soldering techniques
• Repairing equipment and replacing of faulty parts
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Follow all company's procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization, with initiative
• Build positive relationship with customer and co-worker
• Ability to troubleshoot, test repair and service technical equipment / machines
• Familiarity with all tools and application
• At least (6 MONTHS) or more years' experience on PCB Assembly SMT and Through hole in Semiconductor industry
• Can Drive or has a driver's license

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Provide service and customer during field visits or dispatches.
•  Manage all onsite and off-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks – technical services such as PCB Assembly, repair and troubleshooting of any electronic/electrical devices and mechanical devices.
•  Assist on Setup, Installation, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, repair and to all equipment's represented by FSA-TECH referring to as ITC PROBILT PROBECARD ANALYZER, BIB TESTER, TEST SOCKETS/ IC TESTING and other related scope of works concerning equipment.
•  Responsible to perform any combination of following duties in assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards according to specifications, using hand tools. Reads worksheets and wiring diagrams, receives verbal instructions, or follows sample board to determine assembly duties, and selects components, such as transistors, resistors, relays, capacitors, and integrated circuits.
•  Assisting Sales Executive / Sales Engineer on all technical concerns on a 24/7.
•  Responsible for all incoming and outgoing goods/products.
•  Monitors and provides timely reports on all incoming client voice calls, inquiry and complaints.  Monitors, updates, and provides timely reports.
•  Handle, monitor and report status of finished goods delivery to client site from final product shipment until destination at client receiving end.
•  Monitor, determine, update and report to the Senior Field Service Engineer and President / CEO all product improvement and additions of FSA-TECH.
•  Responsible for assisting customer on a 24/7 on-call concerning all FSA Products.
•  Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
•  Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
•  Build positive relationships with colleagues and customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,040.00 per month
