The Branch Head oversees the overall operations, sales, and performance of a branch. They ensure smooth daily activities, manage staff, and achieve business goals in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to meet sales targets and operational goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service and retention.
  • Implement marketing strategies and local initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Handle staffing needs—recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
  • Prepare regular reports on branch performance and submit to higher management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in branch management, retail, or operations leadership.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
