We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and discreet Driver to provide transportation services for the company owner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and comfortable transportation of the company owner to various locations, including business meetings, appointments, and events. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently transport the company owner to scheduled business meetings, events, appointments, and personal destinations.
  • Ensure timely arrival at destinations, optimizing routes and avoiding delays by staying informed of traffic conditions and road closures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and appearance of the company vehicle, performing routine maintenance checks and scheduling necessary service.
  • Handle all vehicle-related paperwork, including fuel receipts, maintenance logs, and mileage records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by anticipating the needs of the company owner, including offering comfort items (e.g., water, tissues) during travel.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters involving the company owner and their schedule.
  • Assist with errands, document delivery, or other minor tasks as needed, ensuring all responsibilities are carried out efficiently.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols to ensure the safety of the company owner at all times.
  • Remain flexible with working hours to accommodate last-minute schedule changes, travel needs, or special requests.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company owner's schedule, preferences, and travel requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and GPS/navigation systems.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or in changing circumstances.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and efficiently with the company owner and others.
  • Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
  • Primary assignment will be at Tawiran, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro
