Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing, processing, and monitoring lease contracts and renewals.

Maintain an updated lease database and track payment schedules.

Coordinate with lessors/mall management on site concerns and requirements.

Support new site research and evaluation for potential store locations.

Prepare lease-related reports and ensure accurate records management.
