Joshua Care International is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to support our Christ-centered work in caring for children and families.

Key Qualifications & Criteria:

* Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field

* Experience in financial bookkeeping is an advantage (not mandatory)

* Previous administrative experience preferred

* Strong English and Tagalog comprehension and communication skills

* Strong computer skills, including common office apps (Google Workspace / MS Office)

* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

* Strong commitment to a Bible-based Christian faith

* Actively involved in a local church

*Drivers License or Motorcycle License (preferred but not mandotary)

Responsible for managing various administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining office supplies, managing facilities, preparing documents and reports, handling employee-related administrative tasks, scheduling, and ensuring smooth business operations.

  • They provide support to ensure efficient day-to-day functions, working with internal teams and external vendors to maintain records and manage communications.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Procuring, replenishing, and organizing office supplies, ensuring facilities are maintained.
  • Record Keeping: Managing and maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems for contracts, agreements, and other important documents.
  • Financial Administration: Preparing payments for monthly obligations, payroll, authorisations, bills, and supplier invoices.
  • Employee Support: Managing employee, processing administrative paperwork for new hires, and providing necessary information to staff.
  • Communications: Writing and distributing emails, memos, and other official communications to staff.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Arranging employees, assist in scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other teams or departments.
  • Data Management: Encoding and updating data, such as permit information or transaction records, into internal systems.
  • Extra Duties: Food purchasing for residential care, and other out of office requirements
