About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Moderation - NON-VOICE ACCOUNT to join the passionate and driven team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will play a vital part in maintaining the safety and quality of our client's online platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Review and assess user-generated content across various digital platforms to identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Utilise your excellent communication skills to provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve content quality
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content moderation policies and guidelines to ensure consistent enforcement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine content moderation strategies
  • Maintain detailed records and reporting on your content review activities

What we're looking for

  • College or Associate Grad + 3 months Customer Facing Experience & in content moderation or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed guidelines and policies
  • Familiarity with common digital content formats and platforms
  • A keen eye for identifying inappropriate, offensive or harmful content
