About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager with intensive experience in glass and aluminum works, cladding, and related industries. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering projects with precision, timeliness, and uncompromising quality—from plan review to final turnover.

Core Functions & Scope of Work:

  • Project Planning & Initiation

  • Review architectural and engineering plans, shop drawings, and material specifications.

  • Prepare detailed project schedules, methodologies, and execution strategies.

  • Execution & Coordination

  • Lead and oversee site operations, ensuring proper sequencing of works for glass, aluminum, cladding, and related scopes.

  • Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients.

  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress reports, punch lists, methodologies, test reports, material inspections, change orders, and as-built drawings.

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

  • Quality Assurance & Turnover

  • Manage inspections, punch listing, rectification works, and final acceptance.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and full compliance with project specifications before turnover.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience in glass and aluminum, cladding, or façade industry
  • Proven track record in handling full-cycle project management, from plan review to final turnover
  • Licensed Engineer or Architect preferred
  • Can start ASAP
