Job description

Position Overview:

The Marketing who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines, and oversee the creation of brand assets.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
  • Business Development:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus but not a requirement
  • Proven experience (1-5 years) in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Amenable to work in QC office or Concepcion Marikina

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
