Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others).
  • Develop educational, promotional, and brand-driven content related to dermatology, skincare, aesthetic treatments, and clinic services.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure accuracy of medical and treatment-related content.
  • Manage photo and video shoots, including before-and-after content (with proper patient consent).

Social Media Strategy & Engagement

  • Implement monthly social media content calendars aligned with clinic promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates relevant to the aesthetic and skincare industry.

Compliance & Brand Protection

  • Ensure all published content complies with DOH, FDA, and advertising regulations, including proper disclaimers.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and ensure consent forms are secured prior to posting patient-related content.
  • Avoid misleading claims, exaggerated results, or unverified medical statements.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience behavior.

Coordination & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and front desk teams for lead handling and appointment conversions.
  • Support clinic launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist in managing basic paid ads or boosting posts when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in a derma clinic, aesthetic clinic, beauty, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic/video editing.
  • Familiarity with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of skincare, dermatology, or aesthetic services is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
