Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Service Manager at Bluewater Resorts in Bohol. The F&B Service manager will be responsible for overseeing food service operations, managing the food and beverage team, ensuring high-quality customer service, training staff, and budgeting for F&B services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management & Leadership: Lead and train the F&B team, ensuring high service standards and proper staffing. Conduct performance appraisals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. Assist in event coordination for guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage inventory, and collaborate on menu and promotional planning.
  • Financial Performance: Control budgets, reduce waste, and track financial reports to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen, events, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and promote F&B outlets.
  • Quality Control: Ensure food and beverage quality, service procedures, and ambiance meet standards.
  • Staff Training & Development: Provide training on service excellence and product knowledge while staying updated on industry trends to improve service quality.
