Restaurant Supervisor

Supervise and lead the restaurant team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism at all times.

Coordinate daily front-of-house operations, including table assignments, reservations, and guest flow management.

Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency in collaboration with kitchen staff.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance and ensure compliance with service standards.

Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluations.

Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dining area and service stations.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Support inventory management, stock requisitions, and control of operating supplies to minimize wastage.

Assist the Restaurant Manager in implementing promotional activities and upselling strategies to increase revenue.

Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS transactions during shifts.

Prepare reports related to daily sales, service issues, and staff performance.

Maintain strong communication and teamwork between service staff, kitchen, and management.
