Job Overview:

The Junior Multimedia Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual content across various formats and platforms in support of the company's branding, communication, and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will assist in creating materials that align with the company's brand and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and producing multimedia content including graphics, videos, animations, presentations, and other creative assets for marketing, internal, and client-facing materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate project briefs into effective visual content.
  • Support the design and layout of marketing and corporate communication materials for both print and digital use.
  • Ensure consistency of visual branding across all communication channels.
  • Edit and produce short-form video content, including adding motion graphics, sound design, and transitions as needed.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
  • Stay informed of current design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain an organized archive of all creative assets and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia design or a related creative discipline (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio will be considered).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated skills in graphic design, video editing, and layout design.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A portfolio of design work must be submitted for consideration.
