Position Overview

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and aesthetics and can translate Blanc's clean, modern, and sophisticated brand identity into compelling visual content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning content for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website visuals, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Edit and enhance photos of renovation projects — ensuring consistent color grading, lighting, and aesthetic alignment with Blanc's brand standards.
  • Design mockups and visualizations of renovation concepts to help clients visualize space transformations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to conceptualize and produce content that communicates Blanc's value proposition effectively.
  • Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Assist in video editing or layout design for promotional materials when needed.
  • Stay updated on design trends, interior styling aesthetics, and digital media best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, or Visual Content Creator, ideally in design, architecture, real estate, or lifestyle brands.
  • Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and branding.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with photo manipulation and interior mockups.
  • Familiarity with social media aesthetics and content optimization (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Basic understanding of video editing or animation is a plus.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of layout, storytelling, and brand consistency.
