We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and enjoys working independently while supporting broader financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB)
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
  • Monitor cash flow and support budgeting efforts
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
