Job Title: Lead Digital Analyst - SOCIAL
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
We're looking for a Lead Digital Analyst Social to drive innovative social strategies, mentor a growing team, and shape high-impact campaigns across both paid and organic channels. If you're passionate about turning insight into action and leading with clarity and vision this role is for you.
What You'll DoSocial Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop full-funnel social media strategies tailored to client goals across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
Oversee campaign development, review media plans, and guide the team in setup, testing, and optimization.
Use A/B testing, targeting, and audience segmentation to drive results.
Collaborate across functions to align messaging, creative, and media plans.
Analyze performance data using tools like Google Data Studio to deliver insights and strategic recommendations.
Stay informed on social trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors and bring those insights into the work.
Team Leadership & Growth
Coach, mentor, and train team members to grow their technical and strategic capabilities.
Provide ongoing support through 1:1s, feedback sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Create a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment where continuous improvement is the norm.
Lead onboarding for new team members and support them through social-specific engagements.
Serve as the face of the Social Media team in internal and external conversations, including with clients and partners.
Pitch Support & Strategic Thinking
Interpret pitch briefs and turn them into compelling social strategies.
Partner with creative and strategy teams to develop and present social concepts that meet client needs.
Guide the team through pitch prep and ensure confident, aligned delivery.
Present strategies clearly to stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and understanding at every step.
Industry Knowledge & Sharing
Stay current on the latest developments in social, marketing, and digital trends.
Bring fresh thinking to the team and clients by sharing emerging practices and platform opportunities.
Lead with a growth mindset and help foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation.
5+ years of experience in social media marketing (both organic and paid), with leadership or mentorship experience.
Deep knowledge of major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and the ability to build high-performing strategies across them.
Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights.
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Organized and detail-oriented, with comfort using tools like Google Drive, Sheets, and digital dashboards.
Team-first mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to challenges.
A strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and a desire to keep growing in your field.
Proven ability to manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and drive collaboration forward.
