AU Mid-level Full Stack Developer (WFH)

Background
  • We're PeoplePartners, helping one of our long-term clients scale their tech team. They're building something impactful in the education space—and they need a talented Full Stack Developer who's just as comfortable fixing bugs as dreaming up cleaner architecture.
About the Role
  • You'll work across the stack (MERN: MongoDB, Express, React, ), helping build, improve, and maintain new and legacy systems that power the Robot suite of products. Reporting to the Lead Developer, you'll jump into features, fix gnarly bugs, and keep things secure and scalable.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Build & maintain applications using MERN stack.
  • Write clean, scalable, well-documented code.
  • Respond to bug reports and support tickets.
  • Collaborate on technical design with other devs.
  • Support deployment, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in standups, sprints, and retros.
Requirements About YOU
  • Mid-level MERN dev with solid real-world experience.
  • Strong communicator with solid Git habits.
  • Enjoy pairing and collaborating, not coding in a silo.
  • Comfortable working in an agile team where feedback flows freely.
About YOUR Work History
  • You've built real systems using MongoDB, React, Express,
  • You've shipped features, squashed bugs, and know your way around APIs.
  • Bonus if you've worked with cloud (GCP or AWS), token-auth, or education tools.
