Order Fulfillment Supervisor

We're looking for a Rescue Supervisor (Order Fulfillment Supervisor) to lead our Rescue Team in ensuring successful customer reconnections, order fulfillment, and redeliveries. The role involves supervising agents, coordinating with delivery teams, and working closely with Sales and QA to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least
2 years of experience
in customer service, telesales, or order fulfillment, with
1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Graduate of any business-related course (or equivalent work experience).
- Willing to work 6 days a week
on a
shifting schedule (early and mid-shift)
.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coach Rescue Agents to meet performance and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with last-mile delivery and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure redeliveries.
- Track team metrics and provide feedback for performance improvement.
- Maintain service quality and ensure a positive customer experience.
