Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials, digital platforms, events, and communications.
  • Localize and adapt brand strategy to align with property-specific campaigns and buyer personas.
  • Lead the development of brand collaterals, ensuring alignment with visual identity, tone, and luxury market standards.
  • Work closely with the Creative, PR, and Sales teams to maintain brand relevance in all executions.
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, launches, or property events.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and agency/vendor partnerships to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and propose optimizations as needed.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Events, and Digital teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication Arts, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, content marketing, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or premium market audiences.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, basic Adobe Suite, and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
