The Work/Responsibilities:Attend Global/Regional workshops and initiate project work. Collaborate with key client business and IT users to define requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

Manage demand inputs to the project, perform analysis, and localization work. Lead technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, providing expertise in design, configuration, and customization. Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Engage with clients to understand their HR challenges and translate requirements into effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Design and architect Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with industry best practices and client needs.

Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure robust and reliable implementations. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to bring innovative perspectives to projects. Job QualificationsFunctional Role4-7 years of relevant HR experience; 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management experience.

Experience in recruitment, configuration support, business analysis, software development/systems integration, or application support. Experience with HCM Cloud modules (Recruitment, Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management), recruitment/onboarding, client-facing roles, and end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation lifecycle. Strong team player with leadership skills, creative and analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a relevant degree.

Willingness to travel for short and long-term assignments. Technical Role2 to 7+ years of IT or Operations experience; 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management. Completed Oracle HCM Cloud training or experience in core processes like Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor.

Experience with HCM Data Conversion, ETL, Oracle Cloud Integration, Reporting, and technical skills like SQL and PL/SQL.Client-facing experience across industries, with end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation or team management experience. Nice to have:Bachelor's or Master's in IT or relevant field. Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations in consulting, with technical expertise and project management skills.

Oracle Cloud Certification and PPSM Certifications are advantageous.
