The Work/Responsibilities:Attend Global/Regional workshops and initiate project work. Collaborate with key client business and IT users to define business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

Manage demand and flow of inputs to the project, perform analysis, and localization work. Lead the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, providing hands-on expertise in design, configuration, and customization. Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Engage with clients to understand their HR challenges, provide strategic insights, and translate requirements into effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Drive the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee the robustness and reliability of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features, industry trends, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh perspectives to projects. Job QualificationsFunctional Role4-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience; 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management experience.

Relevant experience areas include recruitment, configuration support, business analysis, software development/systems integration, or application support. Experience with HCM Cloud modules (Recruitment, Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management), recruitment/onboarding expertise, and client-facing roles. Experience in Oracle HCM implementation activities such as requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.

Experience with other SaaS HCM products is beneficial; consulting background and end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation experience preferred. Strong team player with leadership skills, creative and analytical problem-solver, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.

Willingness to travel for short- and long-term assignments. Technical Role2 to 7+ years of relevant IT or Operations experience; 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management experience. Completed Oracle HCM Cloud Training or at least 6 months experience in processes like recruiting, HR, payroll, absence, time and labor.

Experience in HCM Data Conversion, ETL, Oracle Cloud Integration, Reporting, and technical skills such as SQL, PL/SQL.Client-facing experience across industries. Experience with Oracle HCM implementation activities and managing teams for project lead roles. Nice to have:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or relevant field.

Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations in a consulting environment. Deep technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules and configurations. Strong project management skills and excellent client engagement abilities.

Oracle Cloud Certification is advantageous but not required. PPSM Certifications.
