Company Overview

Cavalry Services is hiring an experienced Power Platform Developer to join Cavalry's growing software team in Cebu. This is a full-time role with flexible hybrid/remote working arrangements, focused on building high-performance, business-critical solutions for clients across diverse industries.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop and maintain Power Apps solutions (Canvas / Model-driven / Power Pages) tailored to business requirements.
  • Build and automate processes using Power Automate (Flows) and integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint and other Microsoft services.
  • Develop and optimise SQL queries, scripts and data models to support applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, produce prototypes and deliver robust production solutions.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and provide technical support for business-critical applications.

Who we're looking for

  • 5–10 years' software development experience, with at least 3 years working on the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Power Pages).
  • Proficient with Power Automate (Flows) and Dataverse; familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI.
  • Solid SQL development and query/scripting skills.
  • Confident with Power Apps formulas, expressions and platform patterns.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party APIs.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
