Senior Full Stack Developer — Web, Mobile and Platforms

Location: Cebu office, hybrid optional

Salary: PHP 90,000 to 100,000 per month

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm ( flexible hours available)

• About the role

We are hiring a senior full stack developer to own and deliver multiple digital products across web, mobile and platform services.

This is a permanent role with an active roadmap, not a short contract. Hybrid work is available. If you choose hybrid, you are expected to maintain an advanced home office with a reliable workstation, fast internet, and a tool stack suitable for senior engineering. (If you prefer, you can work 100 percent in the office.)

You will lead the company website rebuild, manage our Shopify store, build a new mobile app, and our AI diagnostics platform.

The project list below is a sample. We have a steady pipeline.

Key projects and required skills:

• Project 1. Website rebuild

WordPress, fully custom block theme from scratch.

Includes click to call in the browser using WebRTC, Zendesk ticketing and live chat.

Skills: WordPress custom theming, , block patterns, ACF, CPTs, REST integration, WebRTC basics, Zendesk API, SEO hygiene, performance tuning, accessible HTML, CSS, JavaScript, graphic design and UI sense.

• Project 2. Shopify store management

Existing store with planned feature improvements.

Skills: Shopify theme customisation, Liquid, product and collection modelling, checkout optimisation, app selection and light customisation, speed optimisation, image workflow, basic CRO, GA and Search Console familiarity.

• Project 3. Mobile app

Mobile app for full management of the technology product platform.

Skills: React Native or Flutter, secure auth flows, API integration, offline-friendly patterns, mobile UX, release processes for iOS and Android. Push notifications are planned later.

• Project 4. AI Agent

Full web based diagnostics and subscription platform.

Tech requirements: Backend in Python with FastAPI preferred, acceptable. Front end in React or Vue. Hosting on Firebase, AWS or similar with documented deployment. Database in Firestore, PostgreSQL or equivalent. Auth using JWT, OAuth2 or Firebase Auth. Modular, well commented, production grade code. Payments and subscriptions using Stripe or equivalent.

Core responsibilities

• Architect, build and ship the custom WordPress theme and integrations
• Maintain and improve the Shopify store with measurable speed and UX gains
• Plan and deliver the mobile app from prototype to store release
• Plan and deliver the AI diagnostics platform across front end and backend
• Own CI and deployment for the above, with staging and rollback procedures
• Produce clean documentation that another engineer can follow
• Work with non-technical stakeholders and explain trade-offs in plain English

Minimum experience

• 8+ years in full stack development across web and at least one mobile framework
• Proven WordPress custom theme work without page builders
• Solid JavaScript or TypeScript, modern CSS, and accessible HTML
• One of: React, Vue or React Native. Flutter also accepted for mobile
• Backend experience in Python or , and SQL or NoSQL databases
• Real examples of API integrations and external services
• Strong English written and spoken

Nice to have

• Zendesk API, WebRTC, Firebase, AWS, Algolia or OpenSearch
• Shopify app customisation, Liquid sections from scratch
• CI tools, Docker basics, error tracking and logging

Hybrid expectations

Hybrid is optional. If you choose hybrid you must have:

• Stable fibre or equivalent internet with backup plan
• Current workstation capable of local builds, camera and microphone suitable for client calls
• Private and professional workspace for meetings and focused work

Office based is also fine. We have parking on site.
