Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for goods, services, and equipment.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships to ensure favorable terms and timely deliveries.
- Manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and school policies.
- Conduct all procurement activities with the highest standards of integrity and honesty, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability.
- Prevents conflicts of interest, corruption, and favoritism by adhering to ethical principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- Relevant work experience (2-3 years) in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with procurement policies, software, and inventory management systems.
