Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for goods, services, and equipment.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships to ensure favorable terms and timely deliveries.
• Manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and school policies.
• Conduct all procurement activities with the highest standards of integrity and honesty, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability.
• Prevents conflicts of interest, corruption, and favoritism by adhering to ethical principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
• Relevant work experience (2-3 years) in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with procurement policies, software, and inventory management systems.
