JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong and good relationship with the tenants / clients, locators and partners

  • Responds to client inquiries through personal visits, phone calls, and e-mails; negotiates via referrals and broker networks

  • Prepares contracts and files internal documents

  • Coordinates with other departments for verification and consultation

  • Monitors the expiration of lease and prepares notices to clients through proper communication

  • Generates updated notices and monitoring schedules

  • Review, suggest and implement revisions on Forms, Templates, policies and other

    materials being used by the Sales and Leasing section of the Marketing Department to effectively serve their purpose

  • Suggest new policy, practice or process that will improve the Department's productivity

  • Assist superiors in aligning the workflow within the Department

  • Provide support in all marketing events and initiatives to Promote Aseana City and other company projects

  • Assists subordinates and provides advice regarding designated tasks

  • Performs other related duties and special assignments that may be assigned from time to time
