Job Description:

Agile Project Manager (UX/UI Design Focus)

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager to coordinate and lead our UX/UI design initiatives.

This pivotal role will be the primary link between our design team, product management, and engineering, ensuring the timely, high-quality, and efficient delivery of user-centered design solutions.

The ideal candidate blends deep Agile/Scrum expertise with a strong understanding of the design process and lifecycle, including UX research, UI development, and design systems

Key Responsibilities:

Project and Process Leadership


• Planning & Execution: Create and maintain sprint calendars, milestones, and

delivery timelines for the design team, ensuring alignment with overall product roadmaps.


•Agile/Scrum Management: Lead all Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint

planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) to maintain rhythm and accountability.


•Resource & Risk Management: Proactively balance workload and capacity across the

design team, identifying potential blockers, risks, and dependencies, and developing clear

mitigation plans.


• Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the design

workflow/processes for greater efficiency, speed, and quality.


• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear roadmaps, deliverable trackers, and performance dashboards to provide transparent updates to stakeholders.Communication and Stakeholder Alignment


•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central hub, fostering seamless

communication and strong working relationships among UX, UI, Product, and Development

teams.


• Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge business goals with design priorities,

translating complex strategic objectives into clear, actionable next steps for the design

team.


• Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts, effectively managing and

communicating trade-offs between design quality, business requirements, and
