Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Makati City
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to conceptualize solutions and feature sets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Tech, Product, CTO, etc.) for implementation
  • Participate in sprint planning, ensuring the dev team understands priorities and scope
  • Analyze user feedback and translate it into product improvements
  • Oversee timelines and track feature performance and delivery
  • Uphold quality and compliance standards as part of our Information Security Management System

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a technology-related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years in SaaS or fintech product management
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, feature prioritization, and user-centric design
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello
  • Experience or willingness to use AI tools for documentation and idea generation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and adjust to evolving market demands
  • 2+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)

Certifications (Preferred but not required):

  • PSPO I or CSPO
