About the role

Brink's Philippines, Inc. is seeking a full-time Procurement Staff to join our dynamic team in Novaliches, Quezon City. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for handling the procurement of goods and services required by the organisation, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and research potential suppliers, negotiating competitive prices and terms
  • Manage and monitor the procurement process, from requisition to delivery
  • Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate their performance
  • Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and generate procurement reports

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
