DETAILED SCOPE OF WORKS / TASKS

a) Oversee technical work activities of HVAC Technician and Multi-Skilled Technician

b) Handles a variety of tasks, including resolving technical issues, answering general questions, and managing service requests of various stores.

c) Maintain records, reports, recommendations, evaluations, reflecting the conditions of major equipment.

d) Monitor accomplishments and track all service requests related to repairs and preventive maintenance.

e) Responsible in scheduling preventive maintenance frequencies of each equipment.

f) Ensure timely assistance to stores for repairs and maintenance issues via phone, email, or chat.

g) Facilitate communication between stores and technical maintenance to ensure clarity on repair requirements.

h) Identify complex issues and escalate them to client's higher engineering personnel as needed for resolution.

i) Ensure efficient logging and categorization of all requests for repairs and maintenance.

j) Monitor the status of ongoing repairs and maintenance tasks.

k) Provide regular updates to the Head Office and Client's Technical & Operations Department regarding the progress and completion of repairs.

l) Maintain detailed records of all service requests, actions taken, and resolutions provided.

m) Generate periodic reports on service performance, including response times and completion rates.

n) Establish protocols for urgent repair requests to ensure rapid response in critical situations.

Undertake any other duties over and above those listed within reason, as directed by your Cluster Head
