Job Objective:

Utility Staff is responsible for cleaning and maintaining company premises neat, clean and orderly based on the company's standards and procedures.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for ensuring and keeping the company premises clean by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting office tables and office tools, cleaning windows and walls;
  • Responsible for keeping the restrooms and pantry clean and disinfected regularly;
  • Responsible for collecting and disposing of office trash properly and regularly;
  • Responsible for disinfecting commonly used items like door handles and office phones;
  • Responsible for maintaining sanitation of the office facilities.
  • May able to perform other tasks that may arise from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma Previous experience as a utility worker.
  • Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
  • Willing to assign in Alabang Muntinlupa City

Job Type: Full-time
