Job Description The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain a standard approach for project managementStart up and initiate project and manage stakeholder engagement Develop & maintain project plan, manage project resources/work packagesMonitor & control projects and manage project quality & risksClose a project or iterationDevelop detailed resource support/technical/operational specs & manualsIdentify & develop required processes & procedures for resourcesDevelop service & operational agreements for resourcesGain service & operational agreements approval for resourcesProduce supporting documentation & training packages for resourcesManage resource process & procedure implementationManage resource operational staff trainingDevelop resource Supplier/Partner Operational supportManage resource acceptance testingManage resource capability delivery and ensure capability qualityConfigure, implement, activate resourcesLead a functional team of project managersHIRING REQUIREMENTS:Work Experience8+ years of work experience as Project Manager Solid in project / program management methodologies and toolsProven track-record of executing large scale projects/programs (>$10Mn)Solid understanding of technologies to manage dependencies Ideally managed larger organizational / technology transformation projectsExperience in predictive project management.
